Executive Summary
The Palliative Care – Heart Failure Education And Research Trials (PC-HEART) Collaborative is a research network formed in 2003 as an outgrowth of the consensus conference on Palliative and Supportive Care in Advanced Heart Failure.
Goals and Projects
PC-HEART was formed to achieve two primary goals.

PC-HEART has assembled a Steering Committee of leading investigators and clinicians in the heart failure community. These individuals bring vast experience and insight to our work.

Funding Us
